Cal-exico cuisine stems from the marriage of two cultures that intertwine along the northen border of Mexico and the southern border of California.

The resulting cuisine is unique, in that it combines the traditions of both cultures with wonderful results. This style incorporates the simple earthy ingredients of northen Mexico with the subtle blending of spices and flavours from California.

The results are warm, wholesome, uniquely flavoured dishes such as Sizzling Fajitas, Grilled Quesadillas, Ribs, Steaks and a variety of mouth watering sauces.
