Mexicali Rosa's is a great Canadian Story. In 1979, two brothers, originally from Los Angeles, opened the first Mexicali Rosa's restaurant in Ottawa. From this humble beginning Mexicali Rosa's has spread, with owner/operators running their own restaurants from Newfoundland to Ontario.

Mexicali Rosa's is a franchised chain of casual full service restaurant bars serving California Style Mexican (Cal-excio) food. Sure we specialize in California Style Mexican Food, but we've been catering to Canadian tastes for over 25 years now.
